Time to fine tune your New Year Strategy?
Forget about “out with the old, in with the new.” In my Playbook, continue building upon the core competences we worked on together, this year and every year.
Our focus this year, and each year, is creating an incubator for customer success for customer retention. Especially in those challenging industrial Internet of Things manufacturing environments.
What’s involved?
- Collaboration skills are the core competencies for developing, acquiring and retaining today’s and tomorrow’s customers.
- A solid workforce hiring strategy is the critical component for hiring the right folks to accomplish the right stuff on behalf of the right customer set.
- Creating and executing a solid customer retention strategy is contingent on a corporate culture focused on hiring a collaborative IIoT-enabled workforce.
Where does your organization current fall within this continuum? What strategic building blocks do you already have in place?
Continuously refine your new year strategy to become better and better.
You can’t move yourself, or your organization, forward until you realize what is holding you back. Most of the time it is YOU, dwelling on the past and ignoring present and future opportunities.
There’s a tendency for people and organizations to become focused on the past. As a result, they overlook current opportunities which create strategic and tactical building blocks for future successes.
A new year strategy builds upon the past, applied in the present and innovated for the future.
